SYNTAX  xETy, where x - controller (axis) number.
PARAMETER y [number].
Range 0...32000.
DESCRIPTION: The command presets optional parameter (delta encoder steps) for axis stall detection by MD command. Use MT command to preset steps counter threshold and MD command to enable axis motion/stall detection.
Note: The command is disabled and generates error, if encoder bit is set to 0 (see SE command). Encoder presence bit can be tested (read) by xGP11 command.
