SYNTAX    xEN, where x - controller (axis) number.
PARAMETER none.
DESCRIPTION: The controller periodically updates internal encoder counter. The actual position can be detected with external Quadrature encoder through stepper controller SP1 interface. The encoder counter register value can be read by EN command.  
Note: Encoder presence bit must be preset to 1 (see SE command). It can be tested (read) by xGP11 command.
RETURNS  number. The actual number depends on external Quadrature encoder resolution.
Range -2000000000...2000000000.
