SYNTAX    xTIy, where x - controller (axis) number.
PARAMETER y instruction number.
Range  0...24
DESCRIPTION: The command returns information about the preset instruction.
RETURNS (if the instruction was preprogrammed according Table 1): 

Instruction number:  1
Time delay before the instruction is performed:  2
Command value:  1 = send a string and wait for a response string
String to be sent to modem...ATV1
Expected response string...OK
Send string terminating character = <CR>
Next instruction, if modem response = expected response, or modem Ring signal is detected:  3
Next instruction, in case of time-out:  2
Time-out value:  14
